1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be:
✓ Unworn, undamaged, and in original condition.
✓ Packaged with all tags, authenticity cards, and original boxes.
✓ Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Customized/personalized items (e.g., engraved frames).
- Final sale items (marked “Non-Returnable” at checkout).
- Opened contact lenses (for hygiene reasons).
3. Return Process
- Request Authorization with:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the item(s).
- Reason for return.
- Receive Approval: We’ll email a return authorization number and instructions within 24 hours.
- Ship the Item: Use the provided pre-paid label (U.S. only) or a tracked shipping method.
4. Refunds
- Processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the item.
- Issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
5. Exchanges
- We currently offer refunds only.
- To exchange, place a new order after your return is processed.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide:

✓ Packaging images.
✓ Order number. - We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
7. International Returns
- Customers are responsible for:
